Bandhit Reference

In mid January 2008, I made up a contract with K. Bandhit for making a swimming pool for me in Kathu. Because of narrow space and very close to the house, it was not an easy task.
The contract stipulated that the job should be finished after 6 weeks. Despite unexpected rain for a couple of days in January and the work had a stand still, I had my first swim in the pool after 4 weeks.
K. Bandhit and his staff showed that they knew what they were doing. Myself as a construction engineer, could just see that a company in my home country, Sweden, would not have done the work in another better way.
I also appreciated that when the work day was over, the staff “cleaned up” as good it could be done, so I in the morning didn’t regret starting a big construction work outside my door.
The total price for the construction was the lowest compared to the 4 other companies I got an offer from, and nothing was later on added. We both followed the contract.
I now have my pool exactly in the way I dreamt to have it and use it every day, so does my Golden Retrievers…
I will not hesitate to ask K. Bandhit to help me with job in the house I can’t do myself in the future, and can warmly recommend him and his staff to others.

For foreigners, buying an older property doesn’t seem to be in fashion in Phuket as there are so many new projects and developments from which to choose. However, with a limited budget this is what we decided to do and then complete a course of renovation.
Having achieved the first phase, we could actually live in the property, we then needed good tradesmen to deal the many skilled aspects required to finish to our specifications.
From our homeland we can bring horror stories about poor workmanship, unreliability and extortionate prices so we were amused, but rather cautious, about approaching a building company that seemed to actually admit all these faults and call themselves Bandhit Construction & Service!!!!
Our fears were banished by their professional approach, keen prices and excellent craft skill levels. Continuous communication with Khun Koy, who speaks good English, via telephone or e-mail was an essential feature of making sure that what the customer wanted, the customer got.
Khun Noom is a well experienced leader and his knowledge helped when we faced problems or explained design features. He supervised the project closely to make sure a high level of finish was achieved.
Bandhit’s workmen were very polite, industrious, skillful and trustworthy. They were a credit to their employers.
I have no reservations about recommending the experts of Bandhit Construction & Service for all your building requirements.
